Should we pay the ransom?
Payment should be a last resort. It does not guarantee recovery, may be unlawful if the group is sanctioned and funds further attacks. We first assess backup and decryptor options and only discuss payment with legal advice when no other path exists.
Should we turn off our systems?

How long does ransomware recovery take?
