CSPM & CWPP Deployment in UAE
What Are CSPM and CWPP?
Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) continuously inspects cloud configuration — identities, storage, networking, encryption and logging — against benchmarks and regulations, flagging drift and misconfiguration as it happens. Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP) secures the workloads themselves: virtual machines, containers and serverless functions, with vulnerability assessment, runtime protection and threat detection.
Modern platforms combine both, often with cloud infrastructure entitlement management (CIEM) for identity risk and attack path analysis that shows how several findings chain into a real breach route.
The difficulty is never installation. It is prioritisation, ownership and remediation workflow, which is where most deployments stall and where our engagements focus.
Platform Challenges We Solve
Thousands of unactioned findings
The platform is on, the dashboard is red, and nobody knows which 20 items actually matter.
No remediation ownership
Findings are not routed to the teams who own the resources, so nothing is ever closed.
Partial coverage
Some subscriptions, accounts or clusters were never onboarded, leaving blind spots.
Licensing waste
Plans enabled broadly without understanding cost drivers, or disabled where they were most needed.
Tool choice paralysis
Native versus third-party platform decisions stall for months without a clear evaluation.

Our Deployment Approach
1. Select & Scope
Choose the right platform and define coverage across accounts, subscriptions and clusters.
2. Deploy
Onboard every environment with correct plans, permissions and integrations.
3. Tune & Route
Reduce noise, define ownership and automate ticketing and remediation workflows.
4. Operate
Ongoing management, drift alerting and reporting, in-house or through our SOC.
Why Choose Skytech for CSPM & CWPP?
Skytech Cyber Cloud deploys and operates cloud security platforms daily through our own SOC, so we configure them the way they need to run rather than the way the demo looked. Our engineers hold Microsoft, AWS and platform-specific certifications and serve clients across the UAE and GCC.
- Outcome-focused: success measured by findings closed, not findings generated.
- Vendor-neutral selection: we recommend native or third-party based on your estate and budget.
- Workflow-first: ownership, ticketing and SLAs defined during deployment, not afterwards.
- Managed option: our SOC can run the platform and drive remediation for you.

CSPM & CWPP FAQs
What is the difference between CSPM, CWPP and CNAPP?
CSPM checks cloud configuration and compliance. CWPP protects running workloads. CNAPP, a cloud-native application protection platform, combines both along with identity entitlement management and attack path analysis in a single product. Most leading platforms now market themselves as CNAPP.
Should we use Defender for Cloud or a third-party platform?
Defender for Cloud is usually the most cost-effective choice for Azure-centric organisations, especially with existing Microsoft licensing. Multi-cloud estates and those wanting agentless deployment and attack path analysis often prefer Wiz, Prisma Cloud or Orca. We evaluate objectively against your environment.
How long does deployment take?
Initial onboarding of a single cloud platform takes 1 to 2 weeks. Tuning, workflow integration and achieving a manageable findings backlog typically takes a further 4 to 8 weeks.
Will this slow down our cloud teams?
No, if deployed properly. We tune out noise, route only genuine findings to the right owners with clear fix guidance, and automate safe remediations so engineers see a short, relevant list rather than a wall of alerts.
Can you reduce our platform licensing costs?
Often yes. We right-size plan enablement per subscription and resource type, disable low-value coverage and model cost before rollout, which commonly reduces spend while improving coverage where it matters.
Do you offer managed CSPM?
Yes. Our SOC can operate the platform, triage findings, drive remediation with your teams and report monthly on posture improvement and compliance drift.
